Many other suppliers do not keep items in stock but only order it once your order is received, which at best delays delivery and at worst they may advertise items which aren't available! And the best thing is that everything listed is kept in stock. We are also finding that almost all longer parcels (such as antennas) are taking an extra day for delivery because they have to be manually handled/sorted - so often if your order is in 2 parcels you may receive the smaller one first. Our carriers (DHL, DX, Hermes & Royal Mail) are all operating as normal, but there may be slight delays due to them being extra busy. Our MAIL ORDER is currently VERY busy, we are sending out up to twice as many orders as normal and although we are trying to get them all despatched the same day this is not always possible, but all orders are usually despatched within 2 days (unless stock is unavailable). Our MAIL ORDER is operating as NORMAL, and orders are being despatched every day.
We can then have your order ready to collect when you arrive. It will help to speed up your order if you can pre-order before coming, either online or by phone. However, for the safety of our customers & staff we must limit admission to only FOUR customers at any time, so if there are other customers here when you arrive you may have to wait outside for a short time.
